Weather conjurer

Have you ever believed you could control the weather? I believed it for a moment the other day..

Annoying photography conversation of the day.

Stranger "Hey that camera of yours takes great pictures. How many megapixels does it have?"

Me "Well megapixels is kind of a marketing tool used by the manufacturers to lure people into thinking they are buying a good camera.... oh and it's not really the camera that takes good pictures it has more to do with the eye behind it."

Stranger "Yeah so do you do weddings?"

Me "If I told you no would you think less of me? Sorry weddings aren't my thing... It can take me up to 3 hours to think about how I want to take one shot.... That doesn't work well at weddings. I tend to lean on the fine art side of photography"

Stranger "What is fine art?"

Me "I'm not really sure but I think It's that stuff you see hanging in a art gallery."

Stranger "How do you get your pictures to come out of the camera looking like that"

Me "I don't know.... It must be the megapixels"

Stranger "i'm interested in buying one of your prints but why does it cost 395$?

Me "Well what do you think it's worth?"

Stranger "I don't know but, I can buy some great prints at the art store for 12.95"

Me "Well I wouldn't pass up on that offer If I were you"

Stranger "My sister is getting married in December and I have to tell her about you. How much would you charge to do her wedding?"

Me "Didn't we just have this discussion?"
